The Calumet CC4XX camera system is a timeless classic. All metal monorail view camera design, which has lasted for decades as a solid, robust and reliable work horse. This fully featured camera is simple and easy to use. With a rotating back, bail back lever and self-locking front rise, it's a breeze to set up. Plenty of front and rear movements make this a versatile tool in the field or studio. Fitted with a nice original ground glass, this camera is an excellent choice for the first steps into LF, but will serve the pro just as well.

Camera features and condition:

Camera is in very good condition, with very minimal signs of use all around.
Positive center detentes throughout.
All knobs lock tightly as they should and all movements are good.
Rotating back is tight and works as it should - easily rotated vertically or horizontally.
Original ground glass is clean and clear.
Bellows is a modern version and in excellent, LIGHT-TIGHT (tested) condition.
Holders are tested light-tight.

Schneider Componon S 135mm F5.6:

Originally an enlarging lens, the Componon is a superb taking lens.
Excellent versatile lens with clean, coated glass and good working shutter.
Press shutter (no need to wind before shooting), fires nicely on all speeds.
Shutter can only be fired with a cable release - cable is INCLUDED.
Preview mode is achieved via locking the shutter open on the B setting, using the locking cable release.
135mm is moderate wide angle view on 4x5.
