Color Tamron 300mm F6.8 Lens in Copal #3 Shutter (Japanese-made MC Dagor)

Exceedingly rare lens (less than 100 of each focal length ever produced)

Normal-angle of view lens on 8X10 cameras

• One of the largest image circles in this focal length (covers 11X14 and more at smaller stops)

• Get the best of both worlds: classic Dagor lens design, with the best possible modern optics available

• This lens appears to have never been used, but does have one blemish: the rear cell shows some balsam failure around the edge of the lens (please inspect images closely)

• The artifact looks a bit like "blooming" on vintage lenses, and is relatively faint

• We shot with this lens and cannot find any adverse effect of this in any way, under any lighting conditions

• We are noting this as a purely cosmetic defect (YMMV, returns based on this issue will not be accepted)

• No fungus, haze, scratches or other major issues to note (other than the above noted)

• Shutter is in good working condition and fires nicely on all speeds

• Includes a mounting flange and both original, metal caps

We have lens boards for most cameras in stock, just ask.
