This camera dates back to late 1957 as per the Deardorff factory records.

• Deardorff V8 8X10 camera with front swings
• Schneider Xenar 300mm F5.6 lens
• One modern, light tight tested 8X10 film holder

Camera Features:

• Front movements include swing, rise/fall, and tilt (on/off axis)
• Rear movements include tilt and swing
• Camera uses common, easy-to-find, 6X6 round corner wooden or metal lens boards
• Back easily mounted in horizontal or vertical positions

Camera Condition:

• This camera has been stripped down to the very last screw, cleaned, adjusted and put back together
• All metal hardware and screws are cleaned, polished or replaced where needed
• Note the perfect alignment of all screw heads, better than new
• Wood parts left with original finish/patina for an amazing distressed look that shows off the true provenance and heritage of this camera while offering maximum reliability and extended service life to last another 70 years
• Bellows are brand new, installed Jan 2024
