1. Front of house (prior customer service experience is a plus)
Flexible hours, amazing team to show you the ropes.
Entry level pay to start (16$ per hour), with lots of room to grow.

No prior experience needed!
All training is provided while you are paid to learn
A passion for photography and art (required!)
All you need is enthusiasm to work with a small but growing team, a locally owned business, in a very high paced, never a dull moment, dynamic work environment, where we rock out and do photo and photo stuff all day long.

*This is not a photo lab position, this position is for our front of house, warehouse, retail and sales operations

2. For the first time ever, we’re hiring for a senior leadership role: a Staff Manager who will lead our team, drive sales, and help shape where we go next.

What is this role:
Oversee day-to-day staff operations across our technical team, sales, back end, corporate accounts and marketing. This will also include hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews. We are looking for someone who can lead by example on the sales floor and in customer communications, be a problem solver and the first address for customers and employees for solutions and answers.

What we’re looking for:
Hands-on technical experience with film photography, cameras, lenses and darkroom processes (required)
Complete technical understanding of film processing technique (required)
You are the boss: you see what needs doing and do it, self motivation and initiative (required)
Proven experience in leading, managing and motivating a team
Proven experience in retail or consumer sales
Someone looking for a long-term home. This role involves extensive training on our proprietary systems and technology, and we’re investing in someone we hope will grow with us for many years
