This Wista Field 8X10 camera is a small form factor, folding field 8X10 camera, a compact and light option for backpacking, while still offering excellent rigidity and a good suite of movements. This newer version, is an improved design with many upgraded features such as Teflon washers, the best ground glass/fresnel combo available, larger movements and more stable hardware, retro movement on the rear standard and smooth action all around. Made of centuries old dried Japanese cherry wood, this is a true to testament to the incredible craftsmanship.

• Cosmetically, this camera shows normal signs of use with most of the original shine finish intact

Schneider Xenar 300mm F5.6:
• 300mm is a normal angle of view on 8X10 cameras (similar to a 50mm lens on 35mm cameras)
• Compact, modern, coated, glass
• Modern copal shutter fires nicely on all speeds
• Cosmetically, the barrel of the lens shows some wear, with marks/scuffs
• Glass is clean, no fungus, haze or scratches, though does show some "schneiderities" which will not impact image quality in any way
